When using frozen vegetables; thaw in hot water (do not cook) and drain

  • Steak
  • Chicken – Yes, you can give them a chicken or turkey bone; they will split it and eat the marrow, but don’t forget to remove the thin splinter from the drumstick.

  • Eggs and egg yolks – Hard boiled or scrambled occasionally
  • Cooked fish – on this one; watch out for bones, especially in salmon

Foods To Limit
  • No pork, or fat, highly seasoned, salted, greasy or oily, smoked, raw, nitrite/treated, nitrate/treated, preservatives.
  • Avocado
  • Chocolate – of any kind
  • In general, junk foods, sugars, oils, etc. All things we know WE shouldn’t be eating.
